About Us

We, Adenydd, are a small charity based in Swansea, South Wales, committed to supporting children and families affected by adverse childhood experiences and developmental trauma. We work closely with schools, services, and families, including adopters, special guardians, foster carers, and birth families, to provide necessary support and assistance via our consultations and professional development. 

Alongside these, we also run a variety of projects in various professional settings, each carefully designed to promote sensory regulation in children affected by developmental trauma.

The children enjoyed the sessions and it started to give them an idea of "feeling just right". They request a "Frube" and a straw when they are unregulated.
