'Heart of the Community'
Based in the heart of Craigfelen community, this unique project will be aimed at improving the lives of local children by supporting the needs of many families, carers and professionals. We will be utilising The Cwtch community space to provide much needed support, guidance, training and knowledge to everyone who wishes to access it. Starting in March 2025, we aim to support as many children, families and their caring professionals as possible. Stick around to find out how we do it.
Want to help us make a difference? We are looking for dedicated Trainee Project Workers, some of whom may have experience of working with children and families; others may not yet have experience but will be passionate about this type of work.
We want you to have every opportunity to demonstrate your skills, ability and potential. We will be offering a drop-in session for you to come and learn more about the role, considerations in relation to benefits, and have help submitting your application.
Wednesday 26 March @ 2.30pm in The Cwtch Craigfelen.
This important project wouldn't be possible without the funding we have received from the Mynydd Y Gwair Wind Farm Community Fund. Their generosity has enabled us to fund a year long project supporting some of the families in Swansea who need it the most. We want to say a massive thank you to them and look forward to reporting back on the impact their money has made.
